As a woman raised by parents from the Caribbean, I was challenged to apply myself  and have a successful career.  At 16 as a college freshman, I had several scholarships and a paid internship at a Top 100 financial institution. I worked with executives in different departments for over four years. Education, class, ambition, and hard work were not enough. Although I carried myself with the same dignity and poise as women in my family, I understood that I had to develop a stronger sense of self.  I learned how to handle racism, age discrimination, and sexual harassment. I learned how to be self aware, and self confident.  I had to know and understand who I was and what I wanted-professionally and personally.

Today, I have more than 30 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Intelligence, and Business Analysis. My areas of expertise include process improvement, strategic planning and career development.  

I coach my clients using my gifts, experiences,  and  life lessons  to inspire strong business mindset and empowering career outlook.
