 Thank you for choosing Inspired Solutions Consultation, LLC for your business and career coaching needs. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Individual Coaching Sessions:

Clients who have booked individual coaching sessions with us can request a refund of their payment of $85 if the request is made at least 2 days before the scheduled session date. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking and will be initiated within 3 to 7 days after the refund request is approved.

Clients also have the option to reschedule their individual coaching sessions up to 1 hour before the scheduled session. Please contact us via email at charmaine@inspiredsolutionsconsultation.com or by phone at 888.855.2515 to request a rescheduling.

2. Group Training Programs:

For our group training programs focused on business strategies, work readiness, and career development, the fee is determined based on the size of the class and negotiated rate. A non-refundable deposit of $85 is required at the time of booking to secure your booking for your group's training program.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, and once paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
